So just past Loyola at the bottom of the hill going north, the Lincoln Blvd/Jefferson intersection is the victim of some lazy traffic lights. The two right lanes have been closed off for I don’t know how long, and the traffic has to go north in two other lanes. Of course they didn’t bother to move or install new lights so that when you’re looking straight ahead you know if you have the right of way or not. I think I’ve blown through this thing five times now wondering why there was no traffic light at such a big intersection.
