I’ve been kicking my own ass lately with a scientific diet and a very simple workout plan that I found on the Men’s Health forums.
The idea is simple and fool proof:
- Figure out how many calories you can have per day to lose 1 or 2 pounds per week (whichever you prefer)
- Reach those calories by eating clean
- Add more activity to your lifestyle if you want to eat more
It’s all laid out here, I’ll check in with more progress as time goes on.
