My Valley to LAX Commute sucks

405 SouthMy 20 mile commute on the 405 South from the Valley to the LAX area and it’s totally sux.  LA deperately needs a high speed tram over the hill.  Sure there are busses but it takes even longer to get to a bus stop and wait for the busses which are often late and break down frequently.  Come on Arnold, get us some money for a train.

    Time to buy a hybrid! Or buy some spanish cd's and learn a 2nd language. You'll be fluent in 6 months!
  • Exactly what I was going to say. You need to get a hybrid, or better yet, get a bike. That'll keep you fit in addition to saving on the gas bill.
  • This car's paid for so I'll drive it til it dies then definitely move on to a hybrid.
  • Ouch, i feel your pain, well only half your pain, takes me about half the times you quoted here in Denver, CO area. And no, thats not an invitation to move here!
