Ok, so the photo of the DVD cover might not do anything for you, but Tim & Eric Awesome Show is just that, AWESOME! I ran across an episode on Adult Swim one night and immediately set my Tivo for a season pass after just watching the first episode. It’s demented and pushes your limits of humor. It’s shot in a low budget style that makes it unique. Most of the actors I have never seen before and have little acting skills which makes it so funny.
It does have some great guest appearances by Robin Williams, Jeff Goldbloom, and Weird Al to name a few and has John C. Reilly playing a regular character named Dr. Steve Brule doling out advice from self defense to wine tasting. The original characters on the show are so odd that you can’t help but laugh…we’ll you’ll either love this or hate it but I definitely recommend adding it to your Netflix queue. Season 2 of Tim & Eric Awesome Show premiers Nov 2nd on Adult Swim.
