Ricky Gervais is a Comedic God! If you have not seen BBC’s The Office, go rent or buy it now. I can’t even watch NBC’s US version of The Office for fear that it will taint the love i have for the original. Friends have said they tried watching it but could not get passed the first episode, well i do agree Episode one was slow, but Episode two and on kick into high gear!
So Rickey Gervais has brought his Live Stand-up Show ‘The Out Of England Tour’ to the states in LA and NY only. The tour will be filmed for an HBO special and tickets are on sale now; July 11 & 12 at LA’s Kodak Theatre and July 14, 15 & 16 at New York’s WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Funny, but old material. If you have seen Animals – his stand-up show or 2003 dvd of it, then you have seen more than 1/2 the material. Disappointing Ricky. Wish I didn’t go, not only because I had seen most of it already, but because I expected him to be able to come up with new material.

fucking joke. he just played MSG in New York and did the SAME gig word for word he did a year ago. Ive got his dvd and some of the material is 6 YEARS OLD for chist sakes. How does he have the balls?!?!
