Infamous Cub Fan Steve Bartman being offered $25,000 for his autograph

Holy Crap! Have you heard this yet? The National Sports Collectors Convention and SportsBuy.com are offering the infamous Cubs fan Steve Bartman $25,000 for a single autograph. It’s the highest amount ever offered for a single autograph! Remember him? He’s the guy who knocked a foul ball away from Moises Alou during game 6 of the Cubs’ National League Championship Series game against the Florida Marlins. Every baseball fan will remember that moment…and I think every baseball fan is now saying WTF!!! It’s gotta be a PR stunt..and if you think about it…the press on this is worth $25,000!

That would probably be my least favorite baseball related autograph in my collection.
