The chicken’s have a chance to get out and spread their legs, but things just got a little tighter for California gays. We’re going to have a lot to talk about on those high speed rail commutes.

Anyone who would use the power of their vote to deny a fellow citizen his or her rights doesn’t deserve to call themselves an American. Further, I would like to hear a reasoned argument why the families and children of gay parents are somehow “less than” those of straight.
It is a hateful piece of legislation that serves no purpose other than to belittle and deny a group of people. There isn’t a single word, direct or implied, in the proposition that mandates what is taught in schools. As a parent, I see no problem with my daughter knowing or learning about about gay people. In fact I encourage it.
Seeing the majority of the No on 8 proponents were young people, I have every confidence that homophobia will die out along with those who propagate its bile.

For all those people who think that those who voted against prop 8 don’t have values, well guess what, we do; the difference is that we’re not afraid of change or having our own opinion, gay marriage is bound to happen at some point, and children shouldn’t be affected because they are innocent and don’t think as adults; they have to get used to dealing with different situations, they are the future. It’s the only way them to grow tolerant. We would avoid hate crimes!!!!
