As luck would have it, the Snark was down on Olvera St yesterday, which just happened to be where thousands of “No on 8″ supporters decided to go as well. From what I could gather they started downtown and marched toward China town and then back around past Olvera Street and on to Union station. The crowds were big and by the time we left at 2pm it was a zoo to get out. When getting on the freeway there were tons of people on the overpasses waving signs at crowds while traffic crawled and cars honked. Looked like an amazing turnout.
