Hugh Hefner’s daughter Christie Hefner has just announced that that she is stepping down as CEO of Playboy after running the show for over 20 years. She’ll stay on board til until Jan. 31 and remain on the board until a replacement is found. I hear jsnark is getting his resume ready now to apply…good luck J!
Recently Christie Hefner recently gave an interview to CNBC where she hinted that she may be vying for a role in the Obama Administration. How Awesome woudl that be to have an ex-Playboy CEO on staff at the White House.
Hefner, now 56, joined her father’s magazine out of college and took over as chairman and CEO in 1988 from Hugh Hefner.
