After reporting from numerous sources that Jiffy Lube was the biggest scam in Oil Changes, I decided to test out the EZ Lube on Lincoln Bl, just south of the 10 in Santa Monica. As expected (from Jiffy Lube at least) they told me my battery was dying and would be fully dead within three weeks. I refused their new battery and instead drove the car to my mechanic Kondo Motors to see what they had to say. As expected, “nothing wrong with the battery.”
And now they’re filing for bankruptcy.
EZ Lube sucks. DON’T BUY THE BATTERY!
