Associated Press Writer Bob Thomas has reported Ricardo Montalban, star of TV’s Fantasy Island, has died this morning at his LA home at the age of 88. Montalban played the main character Mr. Roarke which we all remember his cool smooth voice saying “My dear guests! I am Mr. Roarke, your host. Welcome…to Fantasy Island!” Following of course his loyal sidekick Tattoo’s introduction of “De Plane, De Plane”. Ricardo was the bomb back in the early 80’s in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan! RIP Ricardo!
