LASnark attended the pre-opening dinner at the Veggie Grill in West Hollywood. Having visited the El Segundo location last year, we knew what to expect in terms of the menu, and we were not disappointed. The friendly and knowledgeable staff suggested the Bali Bliss Burger, which we ordered along with the Chop Chop Chef Salad and the Kale appetizer.
The Veggie Grill people know what they’re doing. Both meat-eaters and vegetarians loved the food, especially the tempeh patty (Bali Bliss Burger) and the sweet potato fries. To drink, we’d recommend any of the teas, and for dessert, the chocolate pudding is rich, delicious, and a perfect end to a delicious and healthy meal.
For lunch, this place is perfect. For dinner, we’d recommend enjoy the patio lighting outside.
