…yeah you’re not getting anything for free except a bunch of glaring looks from your Facebook friends.
How to tell it’s a scam:
- Step 2 is “Invite all your Facebook Friends” – It warns you that you may be ineligible for the gift certificate if you don’t invite all your friends. – Scamocity
- Clicking on the people in the fake comments section all lead you back to your Facebook home page rather than the person’s profile page.
- There are no comments allowed on the page’s wall.
- Like Ikea would give away 7000 gift certificates for $1000 each.
- Ikea said it was a scam:
The gift certificate would probably fall apart as soon as you got it home anyway. (IKEA JOKE!)
