I’ve lived next to 3130 Wilshire Boulevard for a few years now, and I have to say, this building, managed by Kilroy Realty, is the worst neighbor ever.
Weekdays are usually pretty quiet around 3130 Wilshire other than the guy that shows up at 7am in the morning cranking his talk radio every day, but when they’re not open for business, they are a serious pain in the ass.
Every Tuesday night: Loud-ass parking structure vacuuming. Every Tuesday night. Around 10pm. Seriously.
Every Sunday: Loud ass buffing/vacuuming of the parking lot, or an army of tree trimmers and leaf blowers (that’s illegal.)
My neighbors and I have been in contact with their security team as well as a woman named Clarissa that works for Kilroy Realty.
Nothing seems to be improving.
So here it is. Next time Kilroy Realty Googles themselves I hope they see this post and learn to
SHUT THE FUCK UP AND BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR.
