Hopped the 405 from West Santa Monica Blvd to the Howard Hughes center about an hour ago.  People really can’t drive in the rain out here.  Add to that the fact that I now have this belief that if people are this paranoid about driving in the rain out here, the roads must turn into a sheet of ice or something when it rains, so now I’m driving 5 miles an hour and pumping the brakes.  Thanks LA drivers.
