So I hear that there might be trouble on the ol’ 405 today and that there’s a lot of traffic down by the airport. That’s fine, I get off way before the airport I should be good, but to be sure, let’s check the ol’ SigAlert.com. SigAlert says average speed is 76, well that sounds good to me!
Hit the 405, average speed ZERO. You can’t even get off the exits because the line to get off is impossible to get into and no one is moving. Thanks SigAlert for causing me to get into work an hour and a half late! SigAlert sucks. Do not trust SigAlert.

Sadly, I’ve learned this recently as well. Also Weather.com is pretty unreliable. what does it take to get some good up-to-minute reporting!?
