As a way of promoting their new relationship with the iPod, Starbucks is plannong on handing out 1.5 million or so songs from October 2, to November 7. Customers will receive a “song of the day” card with their coffee purchase that can be redeemed when logging on to iTunes. There will be 37 songs given out, including music from Paul McCartney, John Mayer, and Annie Lennox.
