Sunday, March 2 at 6pm, head on over to the Echoplex at 1822 Sunset Blvd for “My Favorite Wines” by John C. Brooks. The evening will pour four favorite wines of John C. Brooks of South Venice Beach. Music featured includes the Afro Latin Jazz Workshop Orchestra conducted by Bobby Matos; Nathan Nice and fellow MC’s, and children’s songs by Mika Miko.
The event will also include readings by Denise Hamilton from Los Angeles Noir, John Tottenham from “Fresh Material,” Andrea Portes from Hick, and Richard Lange from Dead Boys Stories.

There will also be an art exhibit and silent auction as well as snacks.
