Mayor Sam is apparently upset that he only came in at #46 on our list of Top 50 Los Angeles Blogs. We here at LA Snark would like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere apologies to Mayor Sam.
We’re relatively new in town, you see. We had no idea how influential you and your blog are in Los Angeles. We had no idea about your superior ranking on BlogNetNews and we had no idea you were called LA Magazine’s Website of the Month (wow!). We here at LA Snark are so collectively impressed that we’ve decided to take a step back from the blogging world, and think about whether or not this is really the place for us. I mean, if we can’t even give proper credit to an amazing, life-altering blog like Mayor Sam, we really don’t even have the right to call ourselves a Los Angeles blog.
Please accept our apologies Mayor Sam; we have gone ahead and removed you from the list, subbing in one of your recommendations. We hope that you do not flatten our small, insignificant Los Angeles blog with your giant influential blogging footprint. We mean no harm.
In a totally unrelated point, I’m on the lookout for one of these, if someone can tell me where to find one used I’d appreciate it:
